1. How to use the home page?

Open the APP—Homepage, chat friends are displayed by nationality: China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Europe, America, Ukraine, Russia, Southeast Asia, and others. Click on the favorite region to select chat friends, start chatting, and chat freely via text, voice, and video.

2. How to use the square page?

Open the APP—Square. The Follow label displays the dynamics posted by the friends you follow, the Square label displays the dynamics posted by friends around the world, and the Essence label displays the preferred dynamics recommended by the system.

3. How to post updates?

Open the app - Square - click the camera icon in the upper right corner, submit photos and text, and click Done. Tips: Your updates will be displayed after they are reviewed.

4. Why is there a Minion icon behind the status I just posted ?

The yellow person icon means that the dynamic is under review. All published dynamics will be reviewed first, and then displayed on the square page after passing the review. Dynamic review usually takes 15 minutes.

5.How can I view the updates I have posted?

Open the APP - My, click on my profile picture in the upper left corner, enter the personal homepage, scroll down to All Dynamics, and view the dynamics that have been posted. Warm reminder: Unreviewed dynamics can only be seen by the publisher himself, and dynamics that have passed the review will be publicly displayed. Dynamics that have not passed the review will be directly deleted, and those who post illegal content will be punished at the same time.

6.How to delete updates?

Open the APP - My, click on my profile picture in the upper left corner to enter my personal homepage , scroll down to Updates, and you will see all the updates you have posted. There is a delete icon on the right side of each update. Click the delete icon to delete the corresponding update.

7.How can I view other people’s likes, comments, etc. on me?

Open the APP - Chat - Interaction (at the top), and the Interaction tab will show: my chat friends' likes, comments, friend requests, Say hi footprints, who has seen me, and who likes me.

8.Why are my comments to my chat friends not displayed?

Comments will only be displayed after review. Comments that are not suitable for display will be deleted by reviewers, and those who post illegal content will be punished.

9.How to chat?

Open the APP-- Homepage, select the chat friend you want to chat with and enter his/her personal homepage, click the Hi icon to greet the chat friend (the system will send a random common phrase to the other party). Or click the message icon below to enter the chat content and click Send.

10. How to voice / video chat?

/ video chat button at the bottom . After the other party accepts, you can chat with the other party by voice / video. Friendly reminder: This function can be unlocked only after receiving 3 messages from the other party .

11.Why can’t I see pictures in my phone album?

This is because when you use it for the first time, a pop-up will appear asking whether to allow access to your photo album. Click "Reject" and go to the phone settings to authorize the APP to access the photo album.

12.What are attention and fans?

Follow: the friends I follow, Fans: the friends who follow me.

13.How to add followers?

When you see the updates of your favorite chat friends on the square page, click the + icon on the right to follow the chat friend.

14.How to add friends?

Select the avatar of the chat friend you want to chat with, click on the avatar to enter the chat friend's homepage, say Hi first , and after getting a reply, you can apply to add friends.

15. What is seeking fate and how to seek fate?

Finding a friend is a dating mode displayed through cards. How to find a friend: You can make friends by sliding the card, swiping left to dislike, swiping right to like. Or you can click the buttons at the bottom of the page, which are "Reject by Wrong Slide", "Dislike", "Highlight", "Like", and "Super Exposure".

Regret after wrong swiping: If you swipe the wrong person’s message, you can withdraw it and make another decision to regain the missed fate.

Dislike: Dislike

Highlight: Click to directly match and chat with him/her.

17.How to clear chat history?

Open the chat interface with the chat friend, click the three vertical dots icon in the upper right corner - Clear chat history, to clear the chat history with this chat friend.

Open the app - My - Settings icon in the upper right corner - Account Security - Clear chat history to clear chat history with all chat friends.

18.How to migrate chat history?

Open the app - My - Settings icon in the upper right corner - Chat history migration, connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi or hotspot, and follow the prompts to migrate the chat history to another device.

19.What is a blacklist? How do I add or remove someone from the blacklist?

After adding a chat friend to the blacklist, you will no longer be able to receive chats from him/her .

Click on the chat friend’s avatar, or on the chat interface with the chat friend, the three vertical dots icon in the upper right corner - blacklist, and add to the blacklist.

Open the APP - My - Settings icon in the upper right corner - Blacklist, click the Remove button to remove from the blacklist.

20.How to contact customer service?

Open the APP - My - My Service - Contact Customer Service.

21. How to submit user feedback?

Open the APP - My - Settings icon in the upper right corner - User feedback, write content, and submit.

Ⅱ. Recharge Issues

1. What is my membership?

VIP members are subscription purchase services, and exclusive member privileges include: VIP identity, blocking ads, unlimited likes, unlimited regrets for wrong swipes, checking who likes me, saying hi , and 5 light-ups per day. 1. Where can I report?

Click on the chat friend's avatar to enter the chat friend's personal homepage, click on the three vertical dots icon in the upper right corner, and click on the three vertical dots icon in the upper right corner of the chat interface with the chat friend, and select Report.

2. Why aren’t any actions taken when reporting people who abuse others or act like liars or scammers?

All reports will be processed. After the report, the reviewer will impose penalties according to the review rules, including warnings, silence, permanent ban, etc. The corresponding penalties will generally be issued within 2 hours after the report. For the same report, only the first person to report will receive processing feedback.

3. Why did I report the other party but not permanently ban them?

We will permanently ban users who have seriously violated the rules. Whether a permanent ban will be imposed will be handled by the reviewers according to the review rules.

4. WorldTalk is an app that helps strangers make friends. What behaviors are unacceptable?

Scammers/asking for money, false personal information, posting pornographic and indecent content, foul language, religious or political, spam, etc. are all unacceptable behaviors. Serious violations will result in a permanent ban.

Ⅳ. Account Issues

1. How to edit and improve personal information?

Open the APP - My, click on my avatar in the upper left corner, enter my homepage, click on the edit button in the upper right corner, where you can edit your personal avatar, signature and other information.

2. Why is my profile picture under review?

New user registration or change of profile picture requires review and will be displayed after passing the review. The review usually takes half an hour .

3. How can I solve the problem of someone using my real-life photo to impersonate me ?

Open the APP - My - My Service - Contact Customer Service, upload the screenshot, and we will handle it according to the review rules.

4.What is a certification center?

Open the app - My - My Services - Authentication Center - Real Person Portrait Authentication, click Authentication Now, take a photo of the same gesture as the example, and complete the Real Person Portrait Authentication after passing the review. After completing the Real Person Portrait Authentication, there will be an exclusive logo, which will bring more attention and homepage, square - featured recommendations.

5.How to cancel my account?

Open the app - My Account - Settings icon in the upper right corner - Account Security - Account Cancellation, select the reason for your cancellation, and your account will be cancelled after submission.
