When you use or enable related functions or services, for the necessity of realizing the functions and services, we will collect and use relevant information. Unless it is necessary information required to achieve business functions or required by laws and regulations, you can refuse to provide it without affecting other functions or services. We will explain the information to be collected item by item in the privacy policy.
Microphone, album (storage), and Bluetooth permissions are not enabled by default. They will only be used to achieve specific functions or services upon your explicit authorization, and you can also withdraw your authorization. It is particularly important to note that even after we obtain these sensitive permissions with your authorization, we will not collect your information when related functions or services do not require it. 1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information
We will collect information that you actively provide when using the services, as well as information generated through automated means during your use of the functions or services, in the following ways:
1.1 Registration, Login
a. When you register and log in to WorldTalk and related services, you can create an account and complete registration using your mobile phone number. The mobile phone number is necessary information to fulfill national laws and regulations regarding real-name internet requirements. If you do not provide a mobile phone number for registration and login, we may not be able to provide you with functions such as chatting and social networking.
b. Based on our cooperation with telecommunications operators, when you use the "One-Click Login" function of WorldTalk, with your consent, we will process your mobile phone number with the operator to facilitate our provision of a convenient login service for you. If you refuse the aforementioned processing, you will be unable to register and log in to WorldTalk using the "One-Click Login" method, but this will not affect your registration and login through other methods, nor will it affect the normal use of other functions.
c. You can use third-party accounts to log in and use WorldTalk. With your consent, we will obtain the public information (avatar, nickname, and other information authorized by you) that you registered on the third-party platform for the purpose of binding with your WorldTalk account, allowing you to log in directly and use this product and related services.
d. When you actively take photos, or input images or voice, depending on the functional needs, we will request your authorization for camera, album (storage), and microphone permissions separately. If you refuse to authorize, you will be unable to take photos or input image and voice information, but it will not affect your use of other WorldTalk functions.
Face Data and Biometric Information:
Our application does not collect, store, or upload any face data or biometric information (including but not limited to facial geometry data, facial feature points, facial recognition templates).
To achieve video effects functions such as beauty filters and filters, we have integrated the [SDK Name] SDK. This function needs to access your device's camera and perform real-time facial feature analysis in the device's local memory. Such processing data only temporarily exists in memory during the current application session, is not persistently stored on the device disk, and is not transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers. When you exit the application or turn off the camera, this data will be destroyed immediately.
We promise not to use camera data for user identification, behavior tracking, or any purposes unrelated to core functions.
1.2 User Feedback and Service
a. Customer Service and Issues: In order to facilitate contact with you, quickly help resolve your problems, or record the handling solutions and results of related issues, we may save your communications/call records and related content (including account information, feedback information, other information you provide to prove related facts, or contact information you leave) with us.
b. When you file a complaint against others or are complained against by others, in order to protect your and others' legitimate rights and interests, we may provide your account/identity information, contact information, and the content of the complaint to consumer rights protection departments and regulatory authorities to resolve the complaint dispute promptly, except as explicitly prohibited by laws and regulations.
1.3 Personalized Recommendations
a.We will, based on the information collected, perform characteristic analysis and user profiling of your preferences, habits, and location, in order to provide you with more suitable customized services, such as displaying or recommending search results, information feeds, or advertisements/promotional information results that are more relevant (rather than universally pushed). Of course, the content of personalized push notifications also includes regular non-personalized content for you to choose from, such as recommending new related content or posts based on the content you follow or the nationality of the posters. For this purpose, the information we need to collect includes your device information, log information, and browsing history.
b. When you keep the personalized recommendation switch turned on, we will, within the scope of your authorized consent, collect and use the input information (including conversation content and search text) and behavioral information (including your click, search, browsing, and sharing operation records when accessing/using the product, as well as your feedback on our generated content) while you are using the product, as well as other information collected from this product and provided by other partners that you have authorized.
c. If you do not wish to receive personalized recommended content, you can choose to turn off the personalized recommendation function via [Me - Settings - Personalized Push]. When you choose to turn off personalized recommendations, personalized recommended content will no longer be displayed to you, and you will be unable to enjoy personalized recommendation services, but you can still continue to browse universal content unrelated to your preferences.
1.4 Message Notifications
You acknowledge and agree that during our operations, we may send you one or more types of notifications through the contact methods (e.g., phone number) you provided during the process of using the product and/or services, for purposes such as user message notification, identity verification, security verification, and user experience research. Additionally, we may also use the phone number collected in the aforementioned process via SMS or phone calls for the purpose of providing you with commercial information about services, functions, or activities that you may be interested in.
1.5 Operations and Security Operation/Safeguarding
1.5.1 Operations and Security Safeguarding
We are committed to providing you with a safe and trustworthy product and usage environment. Providing high-quality and reliable services and information is our core goal. In order to maintain the normal operation of our services and protect the legitimate interests of you, other users, or the public from losses, we will collect necessary information to maintain the safe and stable operation of the product or service.
1.5.2 Device Information and Log Information
a. In order to ensure the secure operation, operational quality, and efficiency of the software and services, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (Android such as Android ID, OAID; iOS such as IDFV, IDFA, device unique identifier(IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID, GUID/IP address/SIM card IMSI information/ICCID information); different identifiers vary in validity period, whether they can be reset by the user, and how they are obtained), network device hardware address (deviceMAC address), IP address, WLAN access point (such as SSID, BSSID), Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, usage, service logs, device sensor data (such as accelerometer sensor, gyroscope sensor).
b. In order to prevent malicious programs and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect information about running processes, overall page operation, usage and frequency, page crashes, overall usage, and performance data.
1.6 Changes in the Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
Please understand that as our business develops, the functions and services provided by WorldTalk may be adjusted and changed. In principle, when new functions or services are related to the functions or services we currently provide, the collection and use of personal information will have a direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose, we will again inform you of and explain the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, and national standards, and obtain your consent through methods such as page prompts, interactive processes, and agreement confirmation.

We specially remind you to note that if information cannot identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, it does not constitute your personal information in the legal sense. When your information can identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, or when we combine data that cannot be linked to any specific personal information with your other personal information, such information, during the period of combined use, will be processed and protected as your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. Collaborators Involved in Data Usage, and Transfer and Disclosure of Personal Information
3.1 Collaborators Involved in Data Usage
3.1.1 Principles
a. Legality Principle: Data usage activities involved in cooperation with partners must have a lawful purpose and a legitimate legal basis. If a partner's use of information no longer complies with the legality principle, it should no longer use your personal information, or only use it after obtaining the corresponding legal basis.

For scenarios involving the entrusted processing of personal information, we will sign relevant processing agreements with the entrusted partners according to legal provisions and supervise their personal information usage activities.
3.1.3 Joint Processing
For scenarios involving the joint processing of personal information, we will sign relevant agreements with our partners according to legal provisions, stipulate respective rights and obligations, and ensure compliance with relevant legal provisions and the protection of data security during the use of relevant personal information.
3.1.4 Scope of Collaborators
If specific functions and scenarios involve services provided by our affiliates or third parties, the scope of collaborators includes our affiliates and third parties.
3.1.5 Data Usage for Realizing Functions or Services
When you use functions provided by our collaborators within WorldTalk, such as providing audio and video content in conversations, our collaborators may use information necessary to achieve business purposes in order to return more relevant content or query results to you.
3.1.6 Data Usage for Realizing Advertising and Promotion Business
a. Advertising Push and Delivery: In order to achieve advertising and promotion as well as related analysis services, and to optimize and improve the effective reach rate of advertisements and promotions, the following collaborators need to use de-identified or anonymized device, network, channel information, location, and label information:
§ Advertisers/Promoters, or collaborators providing advertising, promotion, and related analysis services;
§ Collaborators providing advertising, promotion, and related analysis services in cooperation with advertisers/promoters.
b. Statistical Analysis: Collaborators conducting advertising and promotion and providing related analysis services may need to use your device, network, and advertising/promotion click, browse, display, and conversion data for analyzing, measuring, and improving the effectiveness of advertising and promotion services.
c. Collaborators' Use of Information: Advertising and promotion partners may combine the aforementioned information with other data they have obtained lawfully to optimize advertising and promotion effectiveness. We will require their use of information to follow the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, ensuring that users' legal rights are not infringed upon.
3.1.7 Providing Information for Security and Analytical Statistics
a. Ensuring Usage Security: We attach great importance to account, service, and content security. In order to protect the account and property security of you and other users, and to protect your and our legitimate rights and interests from unlawful infringement, our collaborators may use necessary device, account, and log information. To ensure user account security, when we identify that the mobile phone number you use to log into your account has a secondary number issuance risk, we will provide your mobile phone number and the time of account registration to the telecommunications operator for secondary number verification, to protect your account security.
b. Analyzing Product Situation: To analyze the usage and performance of our product, our collaborators may need to use information about product usage (crashes, flash closures), device identification information, and overall installation and usage of the application.
3.2 Transfer
As our business continues to develop, we may undergo mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, and your personal information may be transferred accordingly. In the event of the aforementioned changes, we will require the successor to continue fulfilling the obligations of the personal information processor in accordance with laws and regulations and security standards no lower than those stated in this Privacy Policy. If the successor changes the original processing purpose or method, we will require the successor to obtain your authorization and consent again.
3.3 Disclosure
a. We will not disclose your personal information unless required by national laws and regulations or with your consent. Our disclosure of your personal information will adopt security protection measures that comply with industry standards.

4. How We Store Personal Information
4.1 Storage Location
In accordance with legal and regulatory provisions, we store the personal information collected and generated during our operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Currently, we do not transmit the aforementioned information overseas. If we need to transmit it overseas, we will strictly comply with China's relevant laws and regulatory policies, and will follow relevant national regulations or seek your consent.
4.2 Storage Period
We are committed to doing our utmost to ensure the security of your personal information and will retain your personal information only for the period necessary for the purpose of providing WorldTalk services, without retaining it beyond the principle of necessity. For example:
l Mobile Phone Number: When you use a mobile phone number to register and log in, we need to retain your mobile phone number continuously in order to provide you with normal services, respond to your possible inquiries and customer complaints, and ensure the security of your account and the system.
l Information you input, feedback information, likes, dislikes, and related information. During the period when you have not withdrawn, deleted, or deactivated your account, we will retain relevant information to provide you with ongoing business functions.
l If you deactivate your account, actively delete personal information, or after exceeding the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except in the following circumstances:
l Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding information retention.
l Reasonable extension of the retention period is necessary for purposes such as finance, auditing, and dispute resolution.
5. How We Protect the Security of Personal Information
5.1 We attach great importance to the security of your personal information and will strive to take reasonable security measures (including technical and managerial aspects) to protect your personal information, preventing the personal information you provide from being used improperly or accessed, publicly disclosed, used, modified, damaged, lost, or leaked without authorization.
5.2 We will use encryption technology, anonymization processing, and related reasonably feasible methods that are not inferior to industry peers to protect your personal information, and use security protection mechanisms to prevent your personal information from being maliciously attacked.
5.3 We will establish specialized security departments, security management systems, and data security processes to ensure the security of your personal information. 5.7 Once you leave [WorldTalk] and related services, browse or use other websites, services, and content resources, we will not have the ability or direct obligation to protect any personal information you submit on software and websites outside of [WorldTalk] and related services, regardless of whether your login, browsing, or use of the aforementioned software or websites is based on links or guidance from [WorldTalk].
6. Exercising Your Personal Information Rights
We attach great importance to your management of personal information and do our utmost to protect your rights to access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, withdraw consent authorization, deactivate accounts, report complaints, and set privacy functions, etc., so that you have the ability to safeguard your privacy and information security.
6.1 Changing or Withdrawing the Scope of Authorization
You can, in the operating system of the device itself, turn off microphone, album (storage), and Bluetooth permissions, change the scope of consent, or withdraw your authorization.
Specifically, you can operate in the following ways:

IOS: System Settings-WorldTalk-Select the corresponding permission-Turn off
Please be aware that the specific method of turning it off may vary depending on the device model and system version you use. Please understand that after you perform the above operations, we will be unable to continue providing you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization. We will no longer collect information related to these permissions, but it will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.
6.2 Deactivating Account
You can deactivate your account in accordance with the "Account Deactivation Agreement" via [Me]-[Settings]-[Account Security]-[Account Deactivation]. Before you deactivate your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, device information, etc. You acknowledge and understand that deactivating an account is an irreversible action. After you deactivate your account, we will stop providing you with any services, delete all information about your account or anonymize related information. Where laws and regulations require the retention of personal information, we undertake to store it separately and will not use such information in daily business activities.
6.3 Feedback and Complaint Reporting
You can provide feedback and file complaints or reports in accordance with our publicized system. 6.5 Cessation of Operations and Informing You
If we cease operations, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations by individual delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize your personal information held by us.
7. Clause for Minors
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information.
7.1 If you are a minor under the age of 18, before using this product and related services, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy together under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians.
7.2 If you are a minor under the age of 14 ("Children"), you need to obtain the consent of your guardian before usingWorldTalk and related services.
7.3 If you are the guardian of a minor under the age of 14, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy for your ward before usingWorldTalk and related services.
7.4 We protect the personal information of minors in accordance with the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under the currently effective version of this Privacy Policy.
8.2 After this Privacy Policy is updated, we will publish the updated version on WorldTalk and remind you of the updated content through official website announcements or other appropriate means before the updated terms take effect, so that you can keep abreast of the latest version of this Privacy Policy.
