The terms of service stipulate various matters between Zero Point Technology and you regarding the "TogooSayhi Card" service. "TogooSayhi card" is a Sayhi card function provided by Togoo Technology in the terms of service. TogooSayhi card is a paid value-added service. Users must fully agree to the terms of service and complete the payment before they can enjoy the relevant services. The service terms are formulated based on the User Agreement of "Togo" software and are an integral part of it. At the same time, various specifications, rules, etc. on the Sayhi card service issued by ZeroPoint Technology from time to time are also part of the service terms. By choosing to accept the terms of service and open the Sayhi card service, you agree to accept the terms of service, the User Agreement and various specifications and rules, and will abide by them. If you do not accept the terms of service, you cannot enjoy the Sayhi card service covered by the terms of service.

1、 General:
1. Togoo is a location-based mobile social product created and operated by Zero Point Technology.
2. Togoo users refer to registered users who have completed all the registration process and are willing to accept the Togoo User Agreement and use the Togoo service under the provisions of the relevant usage specifications of Togoo.
3. TogooSayhi card service is a paid value-added service provided by Togo to Togo users. Users can enjoy the translation service provided specifically for Togo only after paying the relevant fees to Togo.
4. Togo users must abide by the Togo User Agreement and the terms of service.
2、 Service fee
1. Sayhi card is calculated in days (30 days per month), and the service fee is subject to the display on the payment page. Users should purchase the Sayhi card service through one-time payment. Zero Point Technology will provide users with different discounts according to different purchase methods and quantities. The specific preferential information is subject to the content on the payment page.
2. Zero Point Technology can adjust the service fee standard of the Sayhi card at any time according to the actual situation. The adjusted service fee standard of the Sayhi card will be displayed on the membership payment page. Users can enjoy or continue the Sayhi card service after paying according to the adjusted service fee standard. Users who have purchased the Sayhi card service according to the original Sayhi card service fee standard will not be affected by their Sayhi card service within the service period of the obtained Sayhi card, and will not need to pay the difference.
3、 Service content
1. Togo will provide translation function for users who have opened the Sayhi card service.
2. Togo can adjust the service price of Sayhi card at any time according to the actual situation.
4、 Service opening and termination
1. After Togoo users complete the user registration procedure and purchase the Sayhi card service through the payment channel provided by the Togoo platform, they can use the TogooSayhi card service.
2. Togoo users complete member registration through the Togoo platform, and the content and personal data submitted must be true and valid. When the user's personal data changes, the registered personal data should be modified in a timely manner, otherwise the resulting rights cannot be fully and effectively exercised or any other consequences and responsibilities should be borne by the user.
3. The validity period of the Sayhi card service is calculated from the time the TogooSayhi card service is opened. The specific period can be viewed by logging in to the "My _Sayhi Card" page of the Togoo client.
4. Unless the user opens the automatic renewal function, after the expiry of the validity of the Sayhi card service, Zero Point Technology will terminate the Sayhi card service to the user, and the user can continue the Sayhi card service through the renewal of the Sayhi card service fee.
5. The Sayhi card service is renewed within the validity period, and the validity period of the Sayhi card service will be extended correspondingly on the basis of the original validity period. In addition, Zero Point Technology provides the function of automatically extending the Sayhi card service according to the subscription date. Users can also activate this function within the validity period of their Sayhi card service, and authorize Zero Point Technology to automatically renew their Sayhi card service period and deduct the corresponding amount from their user account when the validity period of their Sayhi card service expires. If the pink diamond in the user account is not enough to pay the renewal fee, the function cannot be realized
5、 User's rights and obligations
1. Togo users shall comply with the specifications and rules of Zero Point Technology, including but not limited to the service terms and the User Agreement.
2. The user shall bear the relevant losses caused by the suspension of the use of the Sayhi card service due to the violation of the Togo User Agreement.
3. Users can enjoy various value-added services of the TogooSayhi card service within the validity period of the Sayhi card service.
4. If the user voluntarily terminates or cancels the Sayhi card service within the validity period of the Sayhi card service, Zero Point Technology will not be responsible for refunding the service fee corresponding to the remaining validity period of the Sayhi card service of the member.
5. Users shall bear the legal responsibility for transmitting and publishing information in Togoo and using Togoo free services or charging services. Members' use of Togoo services, including free services and charging services, shall comply with various laws and regulations, rules and normative documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations").
6、 Rights and obligations of Zero Point Technology
1. Zero Point Technology has the obligation to ensure that users who comply with the terms of service, Togo User Agreement and various specifications and rules can use the Sayhi card service normally. When a technical failure affects the normal provision of the Sayhi card service, Zero Point Technology shall eliminate the failure as soon as possible, but Zero Point Technology shall not be responsible for any loss caused by the user.
2. Togo shall not publish, edit or disclose the non-public information registered and saved by members without the authorization of users, except for the circumstances specified by laws and regulations and agreed in the User Agreement.
3. Zero Point Technology will notify and announce users through the Togoo system.
4. Zero Point Technology will not be responsible for the interruption or other defects of the Sayhi card service due to force majeure, but will try to reduce the losses and impacts caused to the members.
5. Togo is not responsible for the disclosure of Togo account password due to the user's reason. In order to avoid the legal risk caused by the misuse of Togo account after being stolen, Togo can take all measures to prevent the third party from operating the user's account after the user reports the situation, regardless of the purpose of the third party and whether the acquisition method is in good faith.
6. If a user intentionally conducts acts that are detrimental to the legitimate rights and interests of Zero Point Technology, the Togo platform, and other Togo users during the use of Togo free services or charging services, or there are relevant circumstances agreed in the User Agreement, Zero Point Technology has the right to cancel the user's Sayhi card service without any compensation, and reserves the right to investigate the legal liability of the user.
7. If a user violates laws and regulations in the process of using Togo's free service or charging service, Zero Point Technology has the right to cancel the user's Sayhi card service without any compensation, and the user must bear all responsibilities on his own.
7、 Others
1. The specifications and rules of the Sayhi card service issued by ZeroPoint Technology from time to time are an integral part of the Terms of Service.
2. In case of any conflict between the terms of service and the User Agreement or no provisions in the terms of service, the provisions in the User Agreement shall prevail.
3. The interpretation, validity and dispute settlement of the service terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is any dispute or dispute between the member and ZeroTech, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the member agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the competent people's court of ZeroTech's domicile for jurisdiction.
4. The copyright of these terms of service is owned by Zero Point Technology, which reserves all rights of interpretation and modification.
5. Zero Point Technology can continuously improve the service terms for the purpose of maintaining the order of Togo users according to the different stages of Togo's development and with the continuous enrichment of community management experience.
